Reina Higashitani
Filmmaker
Based in New York City, Reina is currently working as a producer for non-profit media center, Downtown Community Television Center. Her first independent feature length documentary "Shall We Sing?" has been broadcast nationwide on PBS and won the Excellence Award at the Tokyo Video Festival among others. Reina is also a regular writer for "Marie Claire Japan" and online documentary magazine "neoneo." Reina received her Master's Degree in Cinema Studies from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Founding member of UN-NUN.

Rie Kusama
Photographer
Rie Kusama is an independent photographer specializing in people, landscape, and commercial photography. Her photographs have appeared in numbers of publications including Marie Claire Japan, Fine Boys, and various Japanese newspapers. She studied photography in International Center of Photography and obtained her MA degree in photography at New York University. Along with Reina, she is a founding member of UN-NUN.

Atsuko Sakai
Museum Educator
Atsuko Sakai completed her M.A. in Art History with a focus on post 1960 contemporary art at the State University of New York, Purchase College. After the graduation, she worked as a visitor assistant at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). She moved back to Japan in 2004 and served as an assistant educator at the National Museum of Western Art, Tokyo. She was in charge of docent program, family program and school program for four years. She is currently working as an educator at the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo. Founding member of UN-NUN.
